While I was capturing portraits, I noticed a little animal scurry past (I don’t remember what it was) but what I did notice was the dusty trail we left behind. So, to the delight of my second shooter I made her kick up the dusty path between Jen + Carlos and myself. It was on Snapchat…and it was gold. Though quite funny you can see the results are beautiful and give an extra dimension to the portrait. I love layers, texture and adding motion to photographs to make a pretty image a gorgeous one without becoming contrived or out of place. I think its important to keep simplicity and the natural scenery around you in your photographs but by always keeping an eye out I can deliver a richness visually. Thanks to all my beautiful bride and grooms and photographers helping who trust my vision.
