Matt + Stephanie hail from Dallas, Texas and I immediately fell in love with them on our first phone call. I consistently say that my favorite memories from over the years are of couples who are most thrilled with marrying their person. Some have had extravagant weddings and some have had simple affairs but the most enjoyable and most memorable all shared this thread in common. As did Stephanie and Matt.

They had originally planned to have their (destination wedding to them) in Sonoma at Cornerstone in October 2017. However, now as most of you know, Napa and Sonoma endured some of the worst fires through the valley to date. With that, they made the very hard and very last-minute decision to postpone their wedding to March 2018. I can’t even imagine how difficult that had to be. Flights and accommodations canceled for over 100 people?! Not to mention the excitement of planning your wedding turned upside down by fire and devastation. However, our story here has a very happy ending.

If I’m not mistaken (by a miracle!) all of the original vendors were able to still participate and give them the wedding they so deserved. Matt and Stephanie were nothing short of a dream for all of us.
